The characteristics of hot rolled steel: hot rolling metal
plasticity is high, low deformation resistance, greatly reducing
the energy consumption of metal deformation. Hot rolling can improve the machining properties of metals and
alloys, that is, the coarse grains in casting state are broken, the
cracks are healed significantly, the casting defects are reduced or
eliminated, the as-cast microstructure is transformed into deformed
microstructure, and the machining properties of alloys are
improved.Hot rolled steel processing requirements: hot rolled steel easy
rolling, rolling efficiency is high, hot rolling temperature
including opening rolling temperature and final rolling
temperature, opening rolling temperature is mainly determined
