Hot rolled stainless steel plates have three features. First, the hardness of hot rolled stainless steel plates is
relatively low, easy to work, and the board is extremely malleable. Secondly, the strength of hot rolled stainless steel plate is
relatively low, the surface quality of the plate is slightly poor. For example, there are problems with oxidation and low finish. However, the plate has good plasticity and can be made into medium
thick plate. The cold-rolled sheet after processing has the advantages of high
strength, high hardness and surface finish. If processed into stainless steel plate, can be made into punching
plate.
The third point is that the mechanical property of hot-rolled
stainless steel plates is much lower than that of cold working and
forging, but the toughness and ductility of such plates are
relatively good.
Hot rolled stainless steel plates have a variety of functions. The first common use is that it can be made into structural steel,
which can be processed into regular structural steel and welded
structural steel, mainly for the production of steel structural
components, Bridges, ships and vehicles.
Second, it can be made into weathering steel. By adding special elements (such as phosphorus, copper, carbon,
etc.), hot rolled stainless steel plates will have excellent
corrosion resistance and atmospheric corrosion resistance, and can
be used in the manufacture of containers, special vehicles, and
also in building structures.
The third kind is used for automobile structural steel, because the
hot rolled stainless steel plate can be processed into high
strength steel plate with excellent welding performance, which can
be used to manufacture automobile steel plate.
The fourth function is to manufacture hot rolled special steel. General mechanical structure using carbon steel, alloy steel and
other materials, for heat treatment engineering after the
production of various mechanical parts.
Hot rolled stainless steel plates are also the raw material for
cold rolled raw plates, which are used to manufacture a variety of
cold rolled products, including CR, GI and color coated plates.
In addition, this material can also be made into steel plates for
high pressure vessels, because of its good processing properties
and compressive strength, suitable for the production of high
pressure gas pressure vessels filled with liquefied petroleum gas,
acetylene and a variety of gas content volume less than 500.

1.What is your payment terms?
Our company prefers 30%TT before inspection and the rest 70%
against BL. However, our price term is negotiable. Multiple payment
terms are available from us.
